DISASSEMBLY OF THE

Disassembly of the pump
Step 1
If the machine has still the product
inside, it is necessary to release the
pressure inside the cylinder.
Make sure that the machine is in
STOP mode, and remove the over-
run regulator.
Step 2
Set the machine to WASH mode
and, using the lever, release a bit of
product (about 1 liter) up to totally
eliminate the pressure present in the
machine (hopper and cylinder).
Step 3
Set the machine to STOP.
Turn the bayonet joint and release
it from the pump body, as indicated
in the figure.

Step 1
Si la machine a encore du produit à
l’intérieur, il faut libérer la pression
à l’intérieur du cylindre.
Vérifier que la machine est en mo-
dalité de STOP, et enlever le régula-
teur d’overrun.
Step 2
Programmer la machine sur
NETTOYAGE et, en actionnant le
levier, décharger un peu de produit
(1 litre environ) jusqu’à ce que la
pression présente dans la machine
(cuve et cylindre) soit totalement éli-
minée.
Step 3
Programmer la machine sur STOP.
Faire tourner le raccord à baïon-
nette et le détacher du corps de
la pompe, comme indiqué sur la
figure.

Step 1
Wenn noch Produkt in der Maschine
vorhanden ist, muss der Druck im
Zylinder abgelassen werden.
Sicherstellen, dass die Maschine
auf STOPP gestellt ist und den Over-
run-Regler entfernen.
Step 2
Die Maschine auf WASCHEN stellen
und durch Betätigung des Hebels
etwas Produkt ausdosieren (ca. 1
Liter), bis der Druck in der Maschine
(Wanne und Zylinder) komplett
abgebaut ist.
Step 3
Die Maschine auf STOPP stellen.
Den Bajonettverschluss drehen und
gemäß Abbildung vom Pumpenkörper
lösen.

Этап 1

взбитости.
Этап 2
Переведите машину в режим WASH,
и, используя рычаг, выпустите

полного удаления давления в машине
(бункере и цилиндре).
Этап 3
Переведите машину в режим “STOP”.
Поверните штыковой замок и извле-
ките его из корпуса насоса, как по-
казано на рисунке.
