Assembling the hook block
Assembling the wire rope, refer to Chapter 5.3.4
Hook the non-twisting device with
load hook (8) of the wire rope into
the eye (7b) of the pivot arm.
Remove the spring cotter pin on the locking
pin (9a) of the hook block (9).
Pull out the locking pin (9a) from the hook
block (9).
Remove the rope pulley (9b) of the hook
block (9).
Guide the loop of the wire rope
through the top aperture of the
hook block (9).
Place the loop around the rope
pulley (9b) and pull both back in-
to the hook block (9).
Attach the rope pulley (9b) with
the locking pin (9a).
Secure locking pin (9a) with the spring cotter pin.
