Maintenance
Visual Inspections
Perform the appropriate visual inspections for the repair procedure performed.
1.
Inspect the patient cable, leadwires, and electrodes.

2.
Discuss electrode placement, skin preparation, and patient-related requirements
with the ECG technician. Verify the customer is following the recommended
procedures.

3.
Verify the keypad and LCD display passes visual inspection.

Verify the AC power cord passes visual inspection.

Functional Checkout Procedures
Perform the appropriate functional checkout procedure for the repair procedure
performed.
Operational Checks
1.
Perform the power-up self-test and verify the system passes.
If a software update has been performed, verify the new version of software is
identified on the
Main Menu
screen.

2.
Record a rhythm strip and verify it recorded successfully.
