This manual is a complete reference for the Hydran 201

i

System, which is a unique,

continuous, on-line monitor of combustible gases in dielectric oils.

The information in this manual may be used by:

• Purchaser or specifier
• Installation planner
• Operator
• Commissioning manager
• Person responsible for collecting the readings
• Maintenance technician
• Troubleshooting technician

This manual is not a tutorial on combustible gases in dielectric oil. It is assumed that the
reader is already familiar with these subjects.

This manual applies to the Hydran 201

System and to the Hydran 201R Model
