Use assembly hardware

Disassemble the 3 bolts holding each
of the left and right hand side shipping
brackets from the beam mount (fig 1).

Note:
Do not disassemble the support leg (7)
from the log splitter at this stage.
CAUTION!
Some parts are over 16kg, two-person lift is required to avoid injury.

Carefully position the beam assembly (16)
so the U-shaped bracket in the beam is
locked into the pivot mount on the engine
assembly (10) (fig. 2).
