1- Measuring gas flow
The transmitter must be installed above the pipes.
If the temperature of the gas is high, condensate
vessels must be used, as with for steam.
4- Measurement of liquid pressure
The transmitter must be installed below the pipes.
3- Measuring steam flow
Two condensate vessels must be installed between
the transmitter and the orifice. The pipes connecting
the two condensate vessels in the transmitter must be
filled in advance with water. A bleed must be installed.
2- Measuring liquid flow
The transmitter must be installed below the pipes. The
pipes must be installed so that no gas accumulates
in the transmitter. The installation of a reservoir for
collecting gas can be useful.
