- Pull the distributor lever backward (7) until the
dumping frame goes back resting on the specific
rubber stoppers.
WARNING
Before lifting the concrete mixer to unload the ma-
terial, reduce its rotation speed, operating the flow
regulator (8) by screwing it.
With this operation, the hydraulic lifting piston feeds
more oil into the circuit.
DANGER
It is absolutely forbidden to leave the concrete mixer
in the lifted position, because it may accidentally
lower and cause damages to persons or things
6.5 DISASSEMBLY OF THE BUCKET
In case of hindrance or other problems the bucket
may be easily disassembled.
In order to disassemble it, operate in the following
way:
DANGER
For the disassembly, arrange suitable lifting equip-
ment, such as cranes, hoists, etc….
Two persons are required for this operation.
WARNING
During the maintenance and service operations, it
is compulsory to the use protective garments; cut
proof gloves, non-slip and anti-crash shoes.
- Start the engine and lift the bucket completely.
- Shut the engine off.
- Fasten the bucket to the arms with ropes or chains
to prevent it from moving
- Remove the screws (10-11 Fig. 15), on both sides;
the 2 cylinders are connected to the bucket to be
disassembled.
- Disconnect the 2 hydraulic pipes feeding the cylin-
ders from the relative quick coupling (7 Fig. 17). In
order to disconnect the quick coupling, push the
external locking ring nut forward and draw the pipe
backward.
- Put the bucket in a safe place in order not to dam-
age the hydraulic pipes.
6.6 CONCRETE MIXER DISASSEMBLY
(alone or with loading bucket)
In order to disassemble it, do as follows:
DANGER
For the disassembly, arrange suitable lifting equip-

Two persons are required for this operation.
WARNING
During the maintenance and service operations, it
is compulsory to the use protective garments, cut
proof gloves, non-slip and anti-crash shoes.
- Start the engine.
- Lift the bucket/hopper until its end of stroke.
- Shut the engine off.
- Fasten tightly the concrete mixer with ropes or
chains(1), to prevent it from moving as shown in
figure 17.
- Remove the safety pins (2).
- Remove the pivot (3).
- Remove the pin (4) and the pivot (5) and discon-

- disconnect the hydraulic pipes from the relative
quick coupling (7 Fig. 17).
- Put everything in a safe place in order not to dam-
age the hydraulic pipes.
WARNING
For the assembly of the concrete mixer and bucket,
perform the reverse procedure.
Two persons are required for this operation.
6.7 FRONT SHOVEL
This equipment was designed to shift loose materials
(sand, snow, etc.).
The equipment is made up of a front shovel manually
revolving on three definite positions: straight, bent
towards right, bent towards left.
