10. Brush and clean the Bag Adapter
thoroughly with detergent and the Medium
Brush. Then rinse thoroughly with clean
water. (See Figure 67.)

11. Place a container on level with or below the
sanitizer tank. Find the Pump Flush
Adapter beneath the bottom center syrup
tray and attach the Syrup Bag Adapter to
the connector fitment over the container.

12. Gravity allows the sanitizer solution to flow

13. Allow the sanitizer solution to flow for at
least 1 minute. Then, disconnect the Syrup
