DAILY CLOSING PROCEDURES

Uninstalling the Injector System
Follow these instructions to remove the Injector
System from the freezer during closing.
1. With a container under the dispensing
spout, press the ROTOR FLUSH key on the
Keypad to purge any remaining product
from the Injector Head. (See Figure 26.)

2. Rotate the 9-Tube Assembly coupler
counter-clockwise and then slide it from the
syrup line opening. (See Figure 27.)

3. Hang the 9-Tube Assembly on the
Accessory Hanging Bracket. (See
Figure 28.)

4. Rotate the Injector Head locking collar until
it unlocks from the Injector Adapter locking
tabs and remove the Injector Head from the
Adapter. (See Figure 29.)
