Disassembling the Injector Assembly
1. Rotate the Drive Motor clockwise to unlock
and remove the Drive Motor from the Drive
Assembly Gear Box. (See Figure 31.)

2. Slide the Drive Motor onto the Accessory
Hanging Bracket. (See Figure 32.)

3. Rotate the Injector Head to unlock and
remove it from the Drive Assembly Gear
Box. (See Figure 33.)

4. Remove the Gear Cartridge from the Drive
Assembly Gear Box. (See Figure 34.)

Sanitizing the Injector System
1. Prepare detergent water by mixing McD
ALL PURPOSE SUPER CONCENTRATE
(APSC) (HCS)
with warm water according
to manufacturer’s instructions. Also prepare
McD Sanitizer (HCS) solution according to
manufacturer’s instructions.
2. Place the Drive Assembly Gear Box in
warm water and soak for at least 5 minutes.
Proceed with Steps 3-6 in the meantime.

THE DRIVE ASSEMBLY GEAR BOX.
NOTE : THE MOUNTING BRACKET DOES
NOT NEED TO BE REMOVED ON A DAILY
BASIS. HOWEVER, IT SHOULD BE
INSPECTED DAILY AND REMOVED FOR A
MORE THOROUGH CLEANING IF
NECESSARY.
