Preventive maintenance 

 
Introduction 

 
It is necessary to carry out  a complete maintenance so the 
machine can work satisfactorily and at the lowest possible 
costs.  
 
The Maintenance section includes the periodic maintenance 
that shall be carried out on the machine. 
 
The recommended maintenance intervals assume that the 
machine is being used in a normal environment and working 
conditions. 
 

Delivery 

 
The machine is tested and adjusted before leaving the plant. 
 
The inspection shall happen in the moment it arrives to  the 
client, following the list in the warranty document.  
 
Any transport  damage shall be immediately reported to the 
carrier company.  
 

Warranty 

 
The warranty is only valid if the inspections were carried out at 
the time of the delivery, as well as the maintenance 
inspections according to the warranty. 
 
The warranty is not valid if there are damages due improper 
assistance, misuse of the machine, use of lubricants and 
hydraulic oils not specified in the manual or if other 
adjustments were made without the proper authorization.
