Check the air conditioning (if equipped)
Park the roller on a level surface.
When checking and adjusting the machine,
always turn off the engine and make sure the
forward/backward lever is in the "P" position.
With the machine working and with the aid of the sight glass
(1), check if there are no visible bubbles on the drying filter.
The filter is located on the upper rear part, on the cab's roof.
If there are visible bubbles, it indicates that the coolant level
is too low. Turn off the air conditioning to prevent damages
and fill it with coolant.
Clean the air conditioning
If there is a significant loss of cooling capacity, clean the
condenser element (3), located on the rear of the cab's roof.
Check and lubricate the edge cutter (if equipped)
Refer to the Operation section to obtain more
information about how to work with an edge
cutter.
Lubricate both points indicated in the figure.
Recommended grease shall be used to lubricate it.
Lubricate all the pivot points, with 5 grease gun applications
each.
