4.3.9 Alternative: External DALI power supply

Alternatively, you can use an external DALI power supply to supply the DALI
bus with power. To avoid damaging devices, the bus voltage supply must be
deactivated for all Light Control Boxes:

How to deactivate the DALI bus voltage supply:

Procedure: Deactivating the DALI bus voltage supply.



Disconnect the device from the supply voltage.



Unscrew the cover to access the “DALI Power” switch.



Set the switch to “OFF”.
