Cleaning, disinfection, sterilization
6.1 Safety instructions
May be cleaned in an ultrasonic bath.
Never use sharp objects for cleaning.
Disinfectants must be rinsed off thoroughly after use.
Maximum air pressure during drying: 2 bar.
Maximum water pressure during rinsing: 2 bar.
During machine cleaning and disinfection, do not exceed 95 °C.
Observe the specifications from the manufacturer of the deter-
gent and disinfectant and in the chapter “Validated procedures
in overview“.
During sterilization, do not exceed 134 °C.
Do not sterilize in hot air.
6.2 Reprocessing limitation
Materials and design of the product are such that it can be re-
processed once before initial use.
If the product is reprocessed more than once, material properties
and/or product function can be affected making its intended use
no longer possible. The product cannot withstand the repeated
effect of high temperatures in particular, such as those in the au-
toclave. Therefore, properly dispose of the product after single
use.
