5.5 Using the product
Carefully slide the distal end through the endoscope. Exercise no
force.
Flash-overs, activation in the working channel of the endoscope
or without visual control of the distal end of the HF electrode can
cause unwanted thermal injuries to the patient. Therefore, check
that the distal end of the HF electrode protrudes at least 10 mm
out of the endoscope before each activation.
Electrolyte-free solution, e.g. Purisole, can be used for flushing.
