Printing on CD-R
Print the saturation check pattern using the following steps.
1. Set the CD-R to check the saturation.
2. Select
from the File menu. The Print dialog box opens.
3. Select
Print Density Confirmation
in Print Confirmation
Pattern (for Windows) or
Print Density check Pattern
in Test
Print Pattern (for Macintosh) and click
.
Cleaning the Printer
Before printing to the CD-R, it is necessary to clean the roller
inside of the printer by feeding and ejecting A4 size plain paper.
This is to prevent the dirt on the roller inside the printer adhering
to the printed surface of the CD-R.
Do this roller cleaning only once before CD-R printing. You do
not need to do this cleaning each time you print on the CD-R.
1. Make sure that the printer is on.
2. Load A4 size paper in the sheet feeder.
3. Press the

paper button. The paper is fed.
