Troubleshooting

3. 

Printing is faulty during self-test, but carriage operation 

 normal.

Use correct AC input voltage.

120 V version range is 103.5-132 V

No fluctuation from AC voltage

0 V version range is 198-264

range is permitted.

Hold down the

and turn on the printer to
start printing the self-test.
