If you are unable to make the settings that are availabe on the
Page Setup menu from your software program, make the
settings on this menu as follows:

Page Size

Selects the default paper size. You should change this item
only if you cannot change the paper size from your software
program.

If your paper size is not listed below, you can define a new size
using the Custom setting. Use the following settings when
defining a custom page size: 92 to 216 mm

148.5 to 356 mm.
