Transmission date/
time
Shows the date/time that the fax was sent. The time is indicated in the 24-hour format.
Fax number
Shows the sender’s fax number.
Sender’s name
Shows the sender’s name.
Session number
Shows the session number used to manage the sent fax.
Page number
Shows the page number.
Shown as page number/total number of pages.
Note:
With a transmission using the telephone or the
On hook
key or with a direct transmission,
multiple pages are not shown.

To print the header, specify the transmission source settings with
