Enter the appropriate
IP
address and Subnet mask, and then click on the
button.
Note:
The
IP
address of the computer should be one number higher or
lower than the
IP
address of the System Manager CIP. The Subnet mask
should be the same as that of the System Manager CIP. There is no need to
enter a Default gateway in the computer.
Example:
System Manager CIP
IP address is: 192.168.0.1
subnet
mask
is:
255.255.255.0
The computer should be set to
IP
address:
192.168.0.2
subnet
mask:
255.255.255.0

Launch
Explorer
or
Netscape
and establish the communication with the
System Manager CIP by entering the
IP
address of the System Manager
CIP in the address bar and then pressing the Enter key.
