Subsequent Log-On
For subsequent log-on, follow these steps
:
(1)
If screen-saver mode is active (i.e., the screen's backlight is turned off and “Emerson" is
written on the screen in various locations), then press any key on the keypad and wait 10
seconds for contrast and backlighting to take effect.
(2)
Press the ENTER key. A screen similar to the following should be displayed (see Figure 4-
3).

If the "Enter PIN:
x" prompt does not remain displayed after you pressed the
ENTER key; press the ESC key, and then press the ENTER key again.

Enter your Username (and Personal Identification Number (PIN) if necessary), and then press
the ENTER key. If you have a PIN number assigned, you only have to enter the PIN. This
allows the Main Menu to be shown on the screen (see Section 4.3.1, this manual, for
illustration).

From the Main Menu, press the number of the menu desired, or use the DOWN or UP
ARROW keys to highlight the menu desired, then press the ENTER key.
