Firmware  upgrade'

  menu  in  Web  configurator.  In  the  dialog  window,  browse  to  the 

firmware version 2.5.0

 file. To do this, click the 

'Browse'

 button in 

'Universal firmware upgrade'

 section and 

then click 

'Upgrade firmware'

 button. Firmware file should be called 

firmware.img32m

.

After device rebooting update the firmware with previous steps using firmware file 

v.2.20.X

. Verify that the 

name of the firmware version 2.20.X file is 

tau32m-2.20.X.X

. 

If the current firmware version is 2.5.0 and newer you should:

Download firmware file 

v.2.20.X

:

Reboot the gateway to clear RAM before updating. 

3.

 

Choose 

'Service

/

Firmware  upgrade'

  menu  in  Web  configurator.  In  the  dialog  window,  browse  to  the 

firmware  version  2.20.X

  file.  To  do  this, click  the 

'Browse'

  button  in 

'Universal  firmware  upgrade'

  section 

and then click 

'Upgrade firmware'

 button. Verify that the name of the firmware file is 

tau32m-2.20.X.X.

 

 

 

If  it  is  impossible  to  update  the  firmware  via  the  Web  interface  or  by  other  ways,  you  should  use 
reserve firmware update method described in User manual in APPENDIX B. All required files you can 
find in reserve_soft.zip archive.
