After restarting the control unit, wait a few minutes before the status of the modules
is correctly displayed.

Menu
The menu tree can be expanded and collapsed by clicking on the icons and .
The menu is divided into four main groups:
•
CONFIGURATION
: The functions in this group can be used to configure the general parameters of
the control panel (language, geographical area, method of use according to EN 50131, date and time,
etc.), communication modules, automatic tests and connectivity. It also can be used to manage the
system structure, defining the hardware configuration of expansion modules, readers, keypads,
wireless receivers, power supply units, wireless devices, ZigBee devices, PrIO (IN/OUT).
•
PROGRAMMING
: The submenus can be used to manage the functional aspect of the system
(sectors, times, users and keys, telephone numbers, alerts, scenarios and time schedules). It also can
be used to configure the operating modes of inputs, outputs, expansion modules, readers, keyboards,
power supply unit, remote controls, wireless modules, wireless sirens, wireless keyboards and IP
cameras.
•
DIAGNOSTIC
: Using the control functions, you can check the input and output status, interact with
scenarios and sectors, perform tests, measure current and voltage on the devices, get information on
connectivity, simulate calls and send notifications, view the event history, etc. to check the system
during installation or perform remote diagnostics in case of anomalies.
•
UTILITY
: This can be used to export and import system programming.
3.3.3
Application management and data export/import buttons
The buttons appear above the menu tree:
•
Quit
: This can be used to closes the work session.
•
Suspend
: This can be used to cancel the changes made in the current session (the button appears
only if changes have been made).
•
Apply
: This makes any changes made active (the button appears only if changes have been made).
IMPORTANT!
The configurator uses a working copy of the control panel configuration. Saving
in the various menu items saves the data only in the working copy. To make the changes
operative, use the
Apply
item which transfers the data to the management of the control panel.
3.4
Programming procedure
3.4.1
Programming a new control panel
To program a new control panel, it is necessary to open and customise in sequence the various pages of
the submenus, starting from the
Global Parameters
page.
For programming, simply configure the parameters of the devices present and the functions to be used.
The submenus for devices that are not present do not contain data.
