Double-click on the event line to open a pop-up window.

In the pop-up window you can:
•
Individually select and deselect the contacts (
Phone
) to be associated with the event. CN1
corresponds to telephone number 1 in the Telephone Numbers list and so on. Once selected, each
contact is indicated with priority 1, it is possible to change the priority by indicating a different level
from 1 to 5, with 1 being the highest priority. In this way, notification of the associated event will be
made to the contacts in the order indicated by the priority. The order number of the contacts will be
followed with equal priority. The priority applies only to uniform types of mail. However, data alerts
and SMS always take priority over voice calls.
•
Activate and deactivate the
Push/E-mail
function.
Click on the
Save
button to save the changes, the
Close
button to close the window and not save the
changes.
IMPORTANT!
To ensure compliance with EN 50131, all intrusion, hold-up, failure and tampering
events must be associated with a telephone number/IP.
The following buttons appear under the table:
•
Modify
: This can be used to edit the event highlighted in the table.
•
CSV
: This can be used to export the events table to a
“.csv” file, which can be opened with a
spreadsheet.
•
: This can be used to export the events table to a PDF file.
The

and
>
buttons in the bottom right are used to navigate between notification pages.
