Options Configuration
Introduction
Access the Options Configuration screen by selecting Configure > Options from
the menu bar at the top of the screen. The Programmable Output Relays and the
Light Tower are both accessed for configuration through the Options
Configuration Screen.

Conveyor
•
Select Pin Chain or Combo anytime a rail conveyor is installed. A Combo
Conveyor has both a Pin Chain and a Mesh Belt Conveyor System.
•
Fine Mesh Belt refers to the semiconductor mesh belt conveyor. It is a
finer pitch than the standard ¼ in. Mesh Belt Conveyor.
Machine
•
Inerting refers to a machine that uses nitrogen in its process environment.
•
IFM is the Internal Flux Management system. It is most often used with
inerted machines.
•
Extended Cooling refers to an additional Cooling Zone. This parameter is
used by the optional Unload (Exit) Photocell for accurate measurement.
Rail
•
Rail Heaters are used with the optional Pin Chain Conveyor for tighter pro-
filing.
•
Motorized Width Adjust controls the width of the Pin Chain Conveyor
through the software.
•
Analog Width Sensor is always present when the Motorized Width Option
is installed. It may also be installed independently to accurately display the
conveyor width in the machine software.
