Standard Tab
The following alarm conditions exist in the Setup > Alarms > Standard Tab.
Refer to Figure 8–2.
Convection Blower Failure
One or more blowers in the heating zone fail. (Blower failure may result in
heater over–temperature.
Cooling Blower Failure
A blower in the cooling zone fails.
PCB in Machine at Startup
If the Bravo™ detects a PCB in the machine, and power is then removed from
the machine before the PCB clears the exit, when the Bravo™ is powered up
again, the PCB in Machine at Startup alarm activates. To clear the PCB count
and reset it to zero (0), select Maint/Diag > Clear All PCBs from the Menu Bar
at the top of the screen.
Fans Not OK Loss of Heat
This indicates that the blowers are working, but there is a problem with the
heaters. There are three (3) possible defaults if this alarm activates:
•
Analog Output Module Failure
•
Thermocouple Input Module Failure
•
High Temperature Safety Circuit Tripped
Maintenance Timers 1 and 2
The time programmed to the maintenance timer has elapsed. Refer to the
Maint/Diag > Maintenance Timer screen for the applicable components.
High Hood Temperature
The hood temperature exceeds acceptable levels. Investigate the hood fans to
determine that they are working properly.
Heater Over Temperature
The Heating Zone thermocouple detects a temperature that is greater than
the temperature set by the user in Config > Misc Parameters > High
Temperature Alarm Shutdown in Deg C.
