Programmable Output Relay Configuration
Introduction
The Programmable Output Relay Option is configured in Configure > Options by
selecting the “Configure Relay” button. Three (3) relays are programmable to
energize or de–energize as a result of an active condition. Refer to the schematics
specific to the machine to see the wiring diagram for the relays.

Programmable Events
Alarm Buzzer On (Unacknowledged Alarm)
An alarm condition exists and has not been acknowledged either by pressing
the Spacebar on the keyboard OR by selecting Alarms > Current Alarms from
the Menu Bar and clicking on AC. The buzzer sounds until the alarm is
acknowledged.
Hard Stop Active
Machine has stopped due to hard stop activation. Power is removed from the
machine.
Soft Stop Active
The machine is in a controlled shutdown due to a soft stop activation.
Warning Alarm Active
An alarm condition exists that was configured as a Warning in the alarms
setup. During a warning, a buzzer sounds and a window displays, but there is
no disruption of machine process.
E–Stop (Emergency Shut Down)
All power is removed from the machine due to an E–Stop button being
pushed. The button must be reset (pulled out) before power can be restored
to the machine.
