2. Slide the spring clip off holding the igniter to the
burner base and slide the igniter over and out.

Removing fix top orifice seal burner:
1. Use a 9/32” spin tight to turn the orifice counter
clockwise.
Removing the manifold panel sealed burners:
1. Remove the knobs by pulling them straight off.
2. Remove the main top.
3. Remove the three screws holding the top of the
control panel to the burner box.

4. Remove the four screws holding the bottom
of the control panel to the front frame and lift
the control panel off.

3. Slide a putty knife between the main top and the
control panel to disengage the hold down clips, one
on each end.

Removing sealed burner base :
1. Remove the main top.
2. Hold the burner base and use a 5/8” wrench to remove
the nut holding the base to the tubing.

Removal of igniter:
1. Disconnect the igniter lead from the igniter.
Note:
The terminal on the igniter wire has a locking tab.
To release, push in on the tab.
