The archiving period differs for each of these archives. After this archiving period has elapsed, the oldest
archive data are overwritten by the latest data.
Current values: Archiving over 24 hours

4.14 Refrigeration compressor packs with oil equaliser
Different oil levels establish themselves in the compressors due to different suction gas pressures. In order to
equalise the oil between the individual compressors, the system is shut down for 2 minutes if one or more
compressors were in operation for longer than 3 hours.
After expiry of the maximum operating time, a fast unload is performed that shuts shown one compressor
capacity stage every 2 seconds. The consumer enable is blocked with the shutdown of the last capacity stage.
A consumer enable is performed after expiry of the standstill time. The compressor capacity stages are loaded
again step by step. The forced shutdown can be disabled or enabled using the parameter Oil eq. line (menu 3-
1).
4.15 Discharge gas defrosting
Discharge gas defrosting means defrosting of the evaporators by the injection of discharge gas. Discharge gas
defrosting can in principle be performed both as hotgas as well as cold gas defrosting. The discharge gas here
is taken from the condenser (hotgas defrosting) or from the collection tank after the condenser (cold gas
defrosting).
The discharge gas defrosting described here is a 2 pipe discharge gas defrosting D2D that can only
be performed as hot gas defrosting. Otherwise, there is the danger that the compressor draws in
liquid refrigerant.
It is possible to perform discharge gas defrosting with a pack controller for a single circuit system with two LP
temperature ranges Z1 and Z2 that use a common condenser. All the required control equipment for the
regulation of the two temperature ranges is contained in one pack controller. The Z2 temperature range can be
operated in the LT or NT range. The Z1 temperature range is always NT.
The assignment of the case controllers to the temperature zones Z1 and Z2 is performed via the
parametrisation of the Z1/Z2 temperature zone in the case controller (when using older case controllers, NT
instead of Z1 and LT instead of Z2 must be selected). Furthermore, each case controller must be provided with
the CAN bus node number for the associated pack controller (see the description of the case controller UA 300
/UA 400).
If discharge gas defrosting of the Z2 refrigeration points is performed, Z2 cases and Z2 cold rooms can be
