If the room temperature sensor or the humidity sensor for the setpoint shift is not connected to the
controller, these can be made available as required from another controller, see chapter
data for the setpoint shift, page 75
4.4.8.1 Setpoint shift via room temperature
The determination of the t0 setpoint is performed depending on the room temperature (setpoint adjustment).
The room temperature is provided here either by a Pt1000 temperature sensor that is connected directly to an
analogue input (terminals 5/6/7/8) of the pack controller or provided via the CAN bus from another pack
controller in the E*LDS system, see chapter
Ambient data for setpoint shift, page 75
.
At a room temperature of tr > tr_max or tr < tr_min,the setpoint t0 is specified as a constant as follows:
for t < tr_min t0 = t0_max
for t > tr_max t0 = t0_min
t
= maximum t setpoint
0_max
0
t
= minimum t setpoint
0_min

= maximum room temperature for setpoint shift
r_max

= minimum room temperature for setpoint shift
r_min
t0_max, t0_min, tr_min and tr_max can be configured for both temperature ranges. The air humidity can also
be taken into account via an analogue input (terminals 59/60/61). The pressure setpoint for the actual
regulation is determined from a conversion table stored in the program. The calculation of the setpoint is
identical for both temperature ranges.
4.4.8.2 Setpoint shift - demand-dependent via Z1/Z2 consumer
In order to ensure the optimal operation of a compressor pack with the associated refrigeration points with
minimal operating costs, it is advisable that the suction gas pressure regulated by the compressor pack is set
in accordance with the refrigeration requirement of the refrigeration points.
In the case of controllers with electronic expansion valves, the opening degree of the refrigeration point
