Loosen the four 1/2 x 1-inch bearing bolts to allow the bearing to move slightly.

Slide the flex hub onto the splined shaft leaving a small gap to the outer carrier
bearing. The flex hub face should be nearly flush with the splined shaft face.

Loosely secure the flex hub using two set screws.

Set up a dial indicator on the outer diameter of the flex hub. Rotate the outer
pulley shaft watching for the high and low readings on the indicator.

Adjust the position of the outer carrier bearing until there is 0.015-inches or less
between the high and low readings.

Loosen the set screws and remove the flex hub.

Tighten the 1/2 x 1-inch bearing bolts.
Note:
The flex hub must be removed to access the bearing bolts.

Slide the flex hub onto the splined shaft leaving a small gap to the outer carrier
bearing.
9
Tighten the flex hub set screws.
