Place the flange bearing on the threaded studs on the inner plate.

Loosely secure the flange bearing to the inner plate using four 9/16-inch washers
and four 9/16-inch nuts.

Secure the inner mounting plate to the stationary dyno using eight
3/8 x 1-inch bolts and eight 3/8-inch flat washers.
4
Verify the bearing on the inner mounting plate is centered on the shaft. Loosen
the bearing nuts and center the bearing if necessary.
