Place a lower stationary dyno pulley mount (P/N 61300023, stamped 2) under the 
stationary dyno pulley and loosely secure the mount to the inner plate using 

five 3/8-16 x 1-inch bolts and five 3/8-inch flat washers (one of the holes on the 
pulley mount is not used).

2

Loosely secure the pulley mount to the stationary dyno pulley bearing plate using 
five 3/8-16 x 1-inch bolts and five 3/8-inch flat washers.
