Dycor warrants the goods sold hereunder, under normal use and service as described in the 
operator's manual, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve 
(12) months from the date of delivery to the original purchaser. Any product that is found to be 
defective within the warranty period will, at the option of Dycor, be repaired or replaced.  
This limited warranty does not cover losses or damages that occur in shipment to or from Buyer 
or due to improper installation, maintenance, misuse, neglect or any cause other than ordinary 
commercial or industrial application.  This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties
