All data logs will be deleted.  If data logging is enabled, a new data log file will be 
immediately created and logging will resume. 

16.3  Pausing Data Logging 

There will be times when you will want to modify physical I/O connections or make 
configuration changes.  This may also be a time when you want to pause data logging to 
avoid storing unneeded or ambiguous data while settings are being changed. 

To pause data logging, press the 

Pause Data Logging button on the Data Logging menu.  

Press it again to resume logging.
