Operating Instructions 806N-111/806N-121 - 04.0 - 12/2020
Operation
Inspect the machine while in use for any externally visible damage.
Stop working if you notice any changes to the machine. Report any chang-
es to your supervisor. Do not use a damaged machine any further.
Safety
equipment
Safety equipment should not be removed or deactivated. If it is essential
to remove or deactivate safety equipment for a repair operation, it must be
assembled and put back into operation immediately afterward.
The safety equipment is located at the illustrated positions on the
machine:

The following safety equipment are mounted on the machine:

- Protective hood
(2)
- EMERGENCY STOP button
(3)
- Integrated EMERGENCY STOP
(4)
- Metal bar

The machine is immediately placed
in the EMERGENCY STOP state:
– The motors are braked and then
disconnected from the power.
– The cylinders are depressurized.
