Turn the pressure controller until the pressure gage (5) indicates the
proper setting:
• Increase pressure: turn clockwise
• Reduce pressure: turn counterclockwise

Push the pressure controller (6) up.
Pressure gages (2) and (3) indicate the pressure at which the transfer
plate and the vacuum unit are supplied.
Important
The pressure of the compressed air supplied to the vacuum unit must not
exceed 3.5 bar.
To set the pressure for the transfer plate and the vacuum unit:
1.
Pull pressure controller (1) or (4) down.
2.
Turn the pressure controller until pressure gage (2) or (3) indicates the
proper setting:
• Increase pressure: turn clockwise
• Reduce pressure: turn counterclockwise
3.
Push the pressure controller up.
6.4.2 Draining the water condensation
Water condensation accumulates in the water separator (2) of the pressure
controller.
Proper setting
Water condensation must not rise up to the level of the filter element (1).
Check the water level in the water separator (2) on a daily basis.
NOTICE
Property damage may occur!
Excess pressure on the vacuum unit can cause damage to the
machine.
The pressure of the compressed air supplied to the vacuum unit
must not exceed 3.5 bar.
NOTICE
Property damage from excess water!
Excess water can cause damage to the machine.
Drain water as required.
