Speed at which the sewing foot will be lifted.

FL Tens.Mode
Mode for lifting the needle thread tension during the active lifting of
the sewing foot.
0 Needle thread tension is not lifted.
1 The needle thread tension is lifted as the sewing foot is lifted
during sewing.
2 The needle thread tension is lifted after thread trimming.
3 The needle thread tension is lifted as the sewing foot is lifted
during sewing and after thread trimming.
