Proofer Lights Circuit Breaker
WARNING
BEFORE PERFORMING ANY SERVICE THAT
INVOLVES ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
OR DISCONNECTION AND/OR EXPOSURE
TO ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS, ALWAYS
FOLLOW THE ELECTRICAL LOCKOUT/
TAGOUT PROCEDURE. DISCONNECT ALL
CIRCUITS. FAILURE TO COMPLY CAN
CAUSE PROPERTY DAMAGE, INJURY OR
DEATH.
Before changing the Proofer Lights Circuit check the
Proofer Lights Transformer for continuity.
Note: The Proofer Oven Light Bulbs must not be
larger the 10 Watts.

1. Place the unit’s Power ON/OFF Switch in its OFF
position, and follow the proper Lockout/Tagout
procedures.
2. Remove the two screws securing the louvered vent
to the electrical compartment.
3. Disconnect the Proofer Lights Circuit Breaker
Wires.
4. Crimp the flanges on both sides of the breaker and
push it off of the louvered panel.
5. Reverse this procedure to install the new Proofer
Lights Circuit Breaker.
6. Restore the unit to it’s power source and check for
proper Proofer Lights operation.
USB Port

The USB port is located on the louvered vent on the
left side of the electrical compartment.
1. Place the unit’s Power ON/OFF Switch in its OFF
position, and follow the proper Lockout/Tagout
procedures.
2. Remove the two screws securing the louvered vent
to the electrical compartment.
3. Refer to figure 18 and unplug the wire harness to
the USB port.
4. Crimp the flanges on both sides of the USB Port
and push it off of the louvered panel.
5. Reverse procedure to install new USB Port.
6. Restore the unit to it’s power source and check the
USB Port for proper operation.
