4. Using an Ohmmeter check for continuity; if element
tests OK, repeat procedure on other element.
5. Remove two screws, one at each end of the heater
element. Retain screws for reuse.

6. Pull the Proofer Heater Element away from the
back wall.
7. Reverse the procedure to install the replacement
Proofer Heater Element.
8. Tighten the heater element connections to 30 inch
pounds torque.
9. Temporarily restore power to the unit and verify
both Proofer Elements are working properly.
10. Place Power ON/OFF Switch back in the OFF
position.
11. Replace the Proofer Floor Panel and Proofer Back
Panel.
12. Restore the unit to its power source.
Proofer Circulation Fan

TO ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS, ALWAYS
FOLLOW THE ELECTRICAL LOCKOUT/
TAGOUT PROCEDURE. DISCONNECT ALL
CIRCUITS. FAILURE TO COMPLY CAN
CAUSE PROPERTY DAMAGE, INJURY OR
DEATH.
The Proofer Circulation Fan is located in the floor of
the Proofer. The floor panel must be removed to gain
access to the Proofer Circulation Fan.
1. Place the unit’s Power ON/OFF Switch in its OFF
position, and follow the proper Lockout/Tagout
procedures.
2. Remove the Proofer Floor Panel. Refer to the
Panels & Covers section of this manual for specific
instructions.
3. Remove the Proofer Back Panel. Refer to the
Panels & Covers section of this manual for specific
instructions.
4. Disconnect the Proofer Circulation Fan wires,
located at the back of the Proofer.
