Service Manual for Proofer Oven with Touch Screen Controls (TSC)

TROUBLESHOOTING

SYMPTOM

CAUSE

REMEDY

Unit does not turn on

Power ON/OFF Breaker not in On Position.

No Power to unit.

Touch Screen Control Defective.

Place ON/OFF Breaker in ON position.

Check Breaker at Breaker Box.

Replace Touch Screen Control.

Oven/Proofer Lights not working

Power ON/OFF Breaker not in ON

position.

No Power to unit.

Place the Power ON/OFF Breaker in ON position.

Check Breaker at Breaker Box.

Oven Lights work but Proofer Lights not

working

Proofer Lights Circuit Breaker is open.

Defective Proofer Lights Transformer.

Reset Proofer Lights Circuit Breaker.

If problem persists, check lights –

lights should not exceed 10 Watts.

Replace transformer.

Proofer Lights work but Oven Lights not

working

Defective Oven Lights Transformer.

Replace transformer.

Proofer Humidity insufficient

Humidity not set properly on Touch Screen

Control.

Water supply not turned on.

Optimist Nozzle dirty/clogged.

Defective Water Injection Solenoid.

Defective Humidity Sensor.

Defective Humidity PC Board.

Set/reset humidity using Screen Pad Control.

Turn on water supply.

Clean Optimist Nozzle and filter.
