Water
Injection

1. Place the unit’s Power ON/OFF Switch in its OFF
position, and follow the proper Lockout/Tagout
procedures.
2. Remove the Proofer rear panel. Refer to the Panels
& Covers section of this manual for specific
instructions.
3. Turn off the water supply.
4. Disconnect the solenoid wires.
5. Remove water supply lines at the solenoid.
6. Remove Water Injection Solenoid from unit.
7. Install the new Water Injection Solenoid.
8. Reattach the water lines.
9. Reconnect the solenoid wires.
10. Turn water supply on and check for leaks.
11. Temporarily restore power to the unit.
12. Turn the unit on.
13. Check the Optimist Nozzle for water. This may
take a few seconds as the system purges the air
out of the water lines.
14. If OK, turn power off.
15. Reattach all panels.
16. Restore power to the unit and ensure it is operating
correctly.
Humidity Sensor

TO ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS, ALWAYS
FOLLOW THE ELECTRICAL LOCKOUT/
TAGOUT PROCEDURE. DISCONNECT ALL
CIRCUITS. FAILURE TO COMPLY CAN
CAUSE PROPERTY DAMAGE, INJURY OR
DEATH.
The Humidity Sensor is located on inside of the Proofer
Cabinet on the upper left side of the inside wall.

1. Place the unit’s Power ON/OFF Switch in its OFF
position, and follow the proper Lockout/Tagout
procedures.
2. Remove the Proofer rear panel. Refer to the Panels
& Covers section of this manual for specific
instructions.
3. Remove the four screws securing the left side tray
support panel and remove the panel.
4. Unplug the sensor from the Humidity PC Board.
The PC board is mounted on the back of the unit
just below the power connections.
