1. Place the unit’s Power ON/OFF Switch in its OFF
position, and follow the proper Lockout/Tagout
procedures.
2. Open the Electrical Compartment Access Panel;
refer to the Panels and Covers section of the manual
for instructions.
3. Place the Power ON/OFF Switch in its ON position
and touch the Touchpad Controller to display the
main menu.
4. Using an insulated Trim Pot Screwdriver, turn the
Brightness Adjustment Potentiometer clockwise to
darken the display or counterclockwise to brighten
the display.
CAUTION: DO NOT TURN THE ADJUSTMENT
POTENTIOMETER ALL THE
WAY IN EITHER DIRECTION AS
THIS WILL CAUSE PERMANENT
DAMAGE TO THE CONTROL
BOARD.
5. Once the adjustment is complete, place the Power
ON/OFF Switch in its OFF position.
6. Close After and secure the Electrical Compartment
Access Panel.
7. Restore the unit to its power source and ensure that
the Touch Screen Display is working properly and
has the correct brightness adjustment.
5. Perform the DOOR GASKET COMPRESSION
CHECK
6. If needed, repeat the above procedure or go to the
AIR WASH DOOR ADJUSTMENT – HINGE
SIDE procedure.
7. If the Door Handle Adjustment Slots become
exposed, use Silicone Sealer to seal the openings.
8. Install the Hinge Covers if they were removed.
CAUTION: Be careful not to over-compress the
gasket or it will cause the door to bind
near the hinges.

TAGOUT PROCEDURE. DISCONNECT ALL
CIRCUITS. FAILURE TO COMPLY CAN
CAUSE PROPERTY DAMAGE, INJURY OR
DEATH.
WARNING
PROPER ESD PROCEDURES SHOULD
BE FOLLOWED WHILE HANDLING THE
CONTROL PCB &/OR THE CONTROL &
BEZEL ASSEMBLY WHEN REMOVED FROM
THE UNIT.
A potentiometer (pot) located on the upper left
component side of the Touch Screen control PCB sets
the brightness of the display.
