液压油更换（
Hydraulic Oil Change
）
更换和测试液压油对于机器的性能表现和使用寿命是非常重要的。脏的液压油和滤芯可以导致机器
性能不好，连续使用可能会导致零件损坏，如果在极端恶劣的环境下工作，需要更换液压油的频率
要比平常环境多很多。（
Replacement and testing of the hydraulic oil is essential for good
machine performance and service life. Dirty oil and suction strainers may cause the machine
poorly and continued use may cause components damage. Extremely dirty conditions may
require oil changes to be performed more often.

建议每两年或者机器运行

具体更换步骤（
Replacement Procedure
）：
1)
断开机器上的电池组。（
Disconnect the battery pack from the machine.
）

烧伤危险（
Electrocution / burn hazard
）：
在带电的电路中操作可能会导致严重伤害或死亡。操作时取下戒指，手表和其它饰品。

Contact with electrically charged circuits could result in death or serious injury.
Remove all rings, watches and other jewelry.
）
2)
打开液压动力单元安装托盘。（
Open the power unit module tray.
）
3)
标记并断开液压过滤器至液压油箱的回油管，从油箱上拿开管线。管接头上加盖以防尘。

Tag and disconnect the hydraulic tank return line from the hydraulic filter head and remove
the line from the tank. Cap the fitting on the filter head.
）
4)
标记并断开液压泵和油箱的吸油管，取出油管。管接头上加盖以防尘。（
Tag and disconnect
the hydraulic pump inlet line and remove the line from the tank. Cap the fitting on the
pump.
）
5)
松开液压油箱紧固件，取出液压油箱。（
Remove the hydraulic tank retaining fasteners and
remove the hydraulic tank from the machine.
）
6)
卸下液压油箱底部的放油塞。（
Remove the oil drain plug at bottom.
）
7)
将油放到一个合适的容器中。（
Drain all of the oil into a suitable container.
）
身体受伤的危险（
Bodily injury hazard
）：
喷射出来的液压油可以穿透皮肤。缓慢松开液压接头，让油压逐渐减弱。不要让油喷射出来。
