输出电流过大。充电器内部故障，退回返修。
Output current is too large. Internal failure of charger,
return to factory for repairing.

电池电压过高，检查并确保连接正确的输出电池电压。
Battery voltage is too high, check and assure that the
correct output battery voltage is connected.

安全臂的使用（
How To Use The Safety Arm
）
1)
升起平台到距离地面约
2.5m
高度。（
Raise the platform approximately 2.5 m from the
ground.
）
2)
提起安全臂，移动安全臂到剪叉轴套中间，向上旋转至垂直状态。（
Lift the safety arm, move
it to the center of the scissor arm and rotate up to a vertical position.
）
3)
降低平台高度，直到安全臂与轴套管完全接触。降下平台时，要远离移动部位。（
Lower the
platform until the safety arm rests securely on the link. Keep clear of the safety arm when
lowering the platform.
）
注意：使用安全臂支撑时平台上不得有载荷。（
Don’t engage the safety arm unless unload
the platform.
