JT920/JT920L - SETUP

Engage EZ-Connect

Apply tool joint compound to threads and align hole in EZ-
Connect collar with tapped hole in EZ-Connect box.

Slide collar onto octagonal barrel and push toward wrench
flats.

Thread tool head EZ-Connect pin into EZ-Connect box until
shoulders are touching.

Back tool head off one flat and slide collar onto pin until
retainer bolt hole is visible.

Install retainer bolt and tighten.

Engage EZ-Connect

Apply tool joint compound to threads and align hole in EZ-
Connect collar with tapped hole in EZ-Connect box.

Slide collar onto octagonal barrel and push toward wrench
flats.

Thread tool head EZ-Connect pin into EZ-Connect box until
shoulders are touching.

Back tool head off one flat and slide collar onto pin until
retainer bolt hole is visible.

Install retainer bolt and tighten.
