9. Disconnect the adjusting device from the sensor.
10. The alarm function is now active. (If the alarm function has not yet been activated,
pull the platform downward lightly with your hand.)
11. Lift the weight off from the platform for at least 4 seconds (lags of the sensor), then
replace the weight, and check that the light will be turned on. (If the alarm function
has not yet been activated, pull the platform downward lightly with your hand).
12. Remove the weight from the platform.
13. Put the protective cover for the plug back in its place in the platform load sensor.
14. The adjustment of the platform load control is now completed. If the platform load
exceeds 285 kg, then the platform load sensor switches off the power unit and
prevents all the movements. In this situation, the buzzer will sound intermittently, and
the red signal light will flash. The emergency descent functions of the lift operate
normally.
25. DPF- DIESEL PARTICLE FILTER (OPTION)
The change interval of the Diesel particle filter cartridge is about 250 hours. The red "DPF"
LED in the LCB centre indicates that the cartridge needs to be replaced. (See point
"Operating controls in LCB" – XTS).
The Diesel particle filter is fitted with a manually operated bypass valve.
Use the bypass
filter according to the requirements of the local legislation.
