2. Change the hydraulic oil and filter cartridge. 

(protect your skin against hydraulic oil) 
 
- Drain the oil tank through the draining plug, with all cylinders in retracted position 
 
- Clean the tank with a suitable solvent and then rinse it. 
 
- Renew the pressure side filter 
 

 
- Reassemble the draining plug 
 
- Refill tank with fresh oil. Capacity about 20 l.

- If necessary, add the hydraulic fluid so that the level reaches the upper edge of the gauge eye. (The lift 
must be on transport position.) 
 
 

3. Check the hydraulic hoses and tubes.

 

 
Damaged hoses or tubes should be replaced. Also check the connections.
