Automatic washing - kettle part
Note! The kettle may be hot!
Tilt the kettle. Cool down the inside of the kettle using water hose
(mind the panel) until the kettle is so cool you can touch it without
burning yourself.
Scrape all easily removable food from the kettle surface.
Put wash tool (option) to the kettle. Wash tool consists of 2 parts to
be assembled to the standard mixer tool body.
Put some foam producing mild detergent into the kettle. Select
WASH program and start. Adjust speed if needed (save program after
adjustment).
Wash tool attachments (they attach to the standard tool center part).
Using the wash tool is easier than washing manually. Compared to the traditional soak-and-
wash method you save 80% water and detergent. Pictures above and right: optional wash tool

Recommended tools: White scouring pad, Brush, and Plastic scraper.

Scrape all easily removable food from the kettle surface.
Rub the rest away using the brush or the white scouring pad. If needed, use mild detergent to
remove fat.
Do not scratch the surface.
Do not use steel wool.
Do not use green/brown scouring pad.
Rinse and dry with a rubber spatula.
Tilt the kettle up.
Note! It is recommended to keep the kettle up with lid closed, because risk of contamination is
smaller - and the kettle is ready for use.
