NEW FOLDER (MX-kettle only)
Add a new program folder.
Maximum number of folders is 16.

Change the folder name.

Remove a program folder.
HACCP
(Always in MX-kettle, optional in MI-kettle)
Press HACCP to see a list of finalized cooking
processes. The name of the file is the date and
time of the process and program name. If there is
no name before the program has been started, it is
“UNNAMED”.
Pressing PRINT will write all reports to the memory
stick in pdf-format (both text and chart).
You can scroll the files (up / down). Select a report
pressing the row of the report. It will move to the
blue center row. Press the blue row to see the
report.
